If you want the Carmel City Court to stay exactly the way it is -- don't vote for me!  My goal is to modernize it so that it is more efficient and more consumer friendly. Do you remember what the BMV was like ten years ago?  No one likes paying taxes or a fine but that does not mean that we can not improve the experience.
